Warranty Claims
Download iSEE’s official warranty policy and warranty guidelines and use the information below to file a iSEE warranty claim on specific products.
If you have experienced a damaged or defective product and are seeking replacements, please submit the iSEE Product Issue Form.
You MUST include pictures of the visible damage in the same email. If your item is an iSEE Cooler, you MUST include a picture of the serial plate (cooler serial plates are located either on the bottom, back side, or top side of the cooler depending on the model and and manufacture date).
iSEE will assess the damage of your product and contact you with more information regarding replacement parts.
We are always happy to sell replacement items for purchase if a warranty is out of date.
